My Approach
I work in person and have a depth-focused approach that explores how past, formative relationships and experiences affect us in our present lives. When understood, we become aware of the often unconscious lens through which we see and experience ourselves in the world.
At your own pace, you and I develop a trusting relationship in which you feel safe to share your inner world. These are the steps you take:
